Terms of Use

1. Purpose

This site is the self-service ordering channel for the penetration testing service of Applicati Tecnologia Ltda. ("Applicati"). Using the site implies acceptance of these Terms.

2. Who may order

Only the legitimate party responsible for the domain to be tested, with authority to authorize the tests, may place an order. The technical domain verification and the Terms of Authorization and Adhesion Agreement, accepted during the ordering flow, govern the service itself; these Terms of Use govern only the use of the site.

3. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited: entering a third party's domain without authorization; attempting to bypass domain verification; using the site for any unlawful purpose; automating access to the site without Applicati's consent.

Free test. One free test is offered per domain (counting the registrable domain, that is, subdomains count as the same domain). Circumventing this limit is prohibited, for example with disposable email addresses or variations of the same address, or by automated means. The score and the points shown result from an automated configuration screening and are neither a certification nor a statement that the site is secure; they may not be advertised as such.

4. Report

The technical report is delivered to the client and is a point-in-time snapshot of the target on the test date. The form, context and timing of any use of the report before third parties are the client's sole responsibility, as set out in the Adhesion Agreement.

5. Limitation of liability

The limitation of liability in the Terms of Authorization and Adhesion Agreement applies. Applicati does not warrant uninterrupted availability of the site.

6. Changes

These Terms may change at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page.

7. Governing law and venue

Brazilian law. Venue as defined in the Adhesion Agreement.
